The Organised Crime Investigation Division is to host a briefing where its expected that they will announce charges to be laid on Cash Plus Head, Carlos Hill, his brother, Bertram Hill and and Chief Financial Officer, Peter Wilson.

The three are expected to face the court on Wednesday to answer to the charges.

Mr. Hill was questioned by the police yesterday after noon, while his brother and Mr. Wilson were interviewed last Saturday.

They were taken into custody last Thursday, following what police say are discrepancies with the company's accounts.

A major police operation led to the search of eight premises including Mr. Hill's Norbrook home and the seizure of documents and five motor vehicles.

The police say investors believe they were being defrauded by Cash Plus and have formally complained to them.

The men are currently being housed at the Horizon Remand Center on Spanish Town Road in Kingston, which was the scene of a demonstration by Cash Plus clients on Saturday, who demanded the immediate release of the company's CEO.

Last week the court appointed Receiver/Manager from PriceWaterhouse Coopers announced that Cash Plus would not be able to pay investors today as previously planned as the company was broke.
