Court prosecutors said they were still waiting on additional information from overseas.

The two men and their co-accused Peter Wilson, were arrested in April following investigations into the collapse of the multi-billion dollar alternative investment scheme.

Prosecutors say the men conspired to defraud investors.

Mr. Hill's bid to regain control of the company failed in the Supreme Court two months ago. This cleared the way for the liquidator to wind up the entity.

Mr. Hill, who no longer has authority over Cash Plus, was seeking to take back the company which was placed into receivership.

They are to again appear in court on December 9.
