Heard alongside Steven Golding on the Corner. With a magnetic and pleasant personality, Empress, is truly a self-driven and multi-talented individual. This Jamaican beauty raised in Trelawny, Jamaica, and Miami...

This Jamaican beauty raised in Trelawny, Jamaica, and Miami, Florida and Australia is full of knowledge and international flava. She is Jamaica’s media baby. A singer, TV host and Radio Personality.

Past Host of 'Di Show' on RETV and host of Musical Passport on Bet J, Empress has always been a part of the entertainment industry as she started doing theatre in Australia. "I was always into entertainment; I like the camera," she stated. This TV host, however, has another talent that she is ready to share with the rest of Jamaica. She recently released songs independently called Father and child and Paradise which is now being played on radio. A duet Perfect, Bunny rugs from third world, Cecile and recently released an album in Japan where she spearheads a seven member Jamaican group called Passenger 7.

"My style is a confused and eclectic blend of yard-soul with a touch of Reggae jazz," she explained. Some say Neo-Reggae.

Not one to limit herself, empress also holds a diploma in public relations and marketing that she utilized as a brand agent at the company, Sedgwick and Cedar, in New York.

She owns an exclusive ‘password only’ clothing boutique called “Stanley&Empress”. She believes that "in life you need to find your innate talents and use those to achieve your goals". This is exactly what she has done, as she now has a show on BETJ called 'Reggae Entertainment', where she highlights the proliferation of reggae around the world. This motivated individual has performed at the Reggae Festival in Montreal, Columbia, and in the past has performed on TVJ.

Empress implores youths who want to become TV or radio personalities to "follow your heart, you never know until you try, do it as long as it is morally right for you". Empress said that if she weren't doing Music, TV or Radio she would be in own a public relations firm. She admitted that she would love to have "a TV show that touches deep issues - like issues in Africa and those dealing with youths". For now, however, she is content with being a TV host, a singer, Radio host on the Corner and a boutique owner, while loving life and doing what she loves most, Entertainment.

Empress is on the corner because she wants to touch the lives of young people in Jamaica. “it is part of my greater plan to uplift, motivate and build the identity of this nation positively” She says. “ the only way I can truly know the issues of the communities in my country is to experience them first hand. But to tell the truth, I love to travel the island and I love people that’s another reason why I love the corner” explained Empress enthusiastically. “I educate while being educated there’s no better way to learn”
